Parking Lot AA at the Downtown Campus is Under Construction - Temporary Alternative Parking is Available

MCC's Parking Lot AA is located on Morrie Silver Way, directly across the street from the entrance to the new Downtown Campus. However, if you have driven by Lot AA recently, you know the parking lot is currently under construction. To ensure your safety and allow the construction crew to work as efficiently as possible, we are asking that no one park in Lot AA until after Friday, May 26, 2017. The construction superintendent has advised that paving and striping of the parking lot will occur during the week of May 22. The results will be worth the wait!

Economic Development and Innovative Workforce Services (EDIWS) employees will start working at the new Downtown Campus starting Wednesday, May 17, 2017. They will be parking in Lot BB (Plaza Lot) until they have completed construction in Lot AA. Since Lot BB has limited parking, other arrangements are available for MCC employees who may drive to the Downtown Campus between now and May 26.

Parking Services has secured spaces in Kodak's Lot D. Kodak's Lot D is located directly across Morrie Silver Way from Frontier Field stadium. Morrie Silver Way, Brown St., Oak St., and Verona St. border Lot D. MCC employees can park in Lot D section #8, 9, 13 or 14 after entering the parking lot with the Kodak access card. Lot D is just a short walk down Morrie Silver Way from the entrance to the new Downtown Campus.

Employees may sign out a Kodak Lot D access card between now and May 26 at the Brighton Campus Parking Services Office or at the DCC Executive Dean's Office. All access cards must be returned prior to May 26, 2017, when Parking Services will return all access cards to Kodak.

If you have any questions, please call Parking Services at 292-2700.

Thank you for your patience during this transition.
