<p>Colleagues are exploring ways to expand the MCC-specific information that is included in our weekly updates to keep you informed of overall conditions at the college&mdash;especially now that more people are testing for COVID-19 at home and conveying results from outside of MCC&rsquo;s testing operation.</p>

<p>Since September 2020, our efforts have resulted in a low on-campus positivity rate (0.22%) based on campus-administered pooled and rapid tests only. The latest information is also available 24/7 on the <a href="https://www.suny.edu/covid19-tracker/">SUNY COVID-19 Tracker</a> and <a href="https://mappingmonroe.maps.arcgis.com/apps/dashboards/217749730f174776a3896b3e8950e03b">Monroe County COVID-19 Dashboard</a>.</p>

<p><strong>Week of Dec. 13, 2021 Test Results</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>0 positive cases were identified among students, faculty and staff who participated in MCC-administered testing (pooled and rapid tests only) during the week of Dec. 13.</li>
<li>20 students are isolating off campus.</li>
<li>No students are isolating on campus.</li>
<li>7 students are in mandatory quarantine off campus.</li>
<li>Monroe County rolling 7-day average positivity: 7.3% (down from 8.7% last week).</li>

<p><strong>Rapid Testing Sessions Today, Dec. 20 and Tuesday, Dec. 21</strong><br />
If you have not <a href="https://www.monroecc.edu/mccannou.nsf/All+Current+Listings+By+Date/2EAB0BCBE564BA3685258722005231FA?OpenDocument">verified vaccination</a> and you plan to come to campus&mdash;frequently or infrequently&mdash;for any reason, you must test each week for COVID-19. If you have verified vaccination, participation in campus-administered testing is optional.</p>

<p>MCC testing sessions&mdash;using rapid tests for more timely results&mdash;will be held 12:30 to 6:30 p.m. today, Dec. 20 and 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. tomorrow, Dec. 21 in the Flynn Campus Center, starting in the Forum (3-130). No appointment necessary.</p>

<p><strong>Testing sessions will not be held on campus during break week and on Monday, Jan. 3, 2022</strong>. The first set of testing sessions for the new year will be offered on <strong>Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2022</strong>. (Testing will not be offered on Monday, Jan. 3.) Sessions will run from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. and 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.<strong> </strong>Upcoming test dates through Feb. 1, 2022 are available on the <a href="https://www.monroecc.edu/coronavirus/pooled-covid-19-testing/">pooled testing web page</a>.</p>
