You Can Save Lives!

WMCC is hosting a Narcan training event, Monday, March 2, 12-12:50 p.m. in the Warshof Conference Center, Flynn Campus Center (Monroe A). The event is FREE to all faculty, staff, and students. All participants will receive certification and a FREE Narcan kit at the conclusion of the event.

With the ongoing opioid crisis, this is a great opportunity to learn how to recognize someone experiencing an opioid overdose, and administer Narcan to save a life. If you plan to attend, please RSVP to wmcc.collegeradio@gmail.com by noon, Friday, February 28. This will help ensure we have enough kits for everyone. Walk-ins will be accommodated, until or unless we run out of kits.

Professors who require a list of student attendees for class credit, please let me know. I'm happy to provide a sign-in sheet for your students.
