SUNY Video Spotlights MCC's HVAC Program

As part of SUNY's efforts in promoting high-demand careers in New York state, Deputy Press Secretary Jackie Orchard has been visiting campuses across the SUNY system and talking with students and faculty to learn more about particular programs.

Last week, she stopped by MCC's Applied Technologies Center to find out more about our Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning/Refrigeration (HVAC/R) program. She interviewed Jamar Fenn, a student in the HVAC certificate program who is also an Army veteran and a parent of two sons. She also spoke with Kevin French, Applied Technologies Department chair and professor as well as an MCC alumnus. The "Learn a Trade at SUNY" video can be found on MCC's Facebook and Twitter.
