Search Update: MCC Chief of Staff and Assistant to the President, Governmental Relations

Co-chairs Kristin Sine-Kinz, Economic & Workforce Development & Career Technical Education, and Michael Bates, Purchasing, are pleased to announce the members of the Chief of Staff and Assistant to the President, Governmental Relations Search Committee:

  • Kimberly DeLardge, Academic and Student Affairs (Enrollment Management)
  • Shawanda Evans, Pre-Collegiate Programs
  • Greg Hinton, Administrative Services
  • Jenny Petersen, Nursing
  • Melany Silas, Health Physical Education
  • Christopher Wendtland, Biology

Once again, we thank Melissa Burley, Economic & Workforce Development & Career Technical Education, who has agreed to provide administrative support for this search.  We are also grateful to partner again with RPA, Inc., the search firm identified via MCC's RFP process, to conduct a robust nationwide search for the Chief of Staff and Assistant to the President, Governmental Relations position.  RPA search consultants Isaac Karaffa and Kendra Mozug will support the efforts of the search committee. 

The aim is to complete the search in December 2022, with recruitment starting this week.  We thank members of the search committee for their diverse perspectives, expertise, and investment of time.
