2022 Honors Convocation Assembling Instructions & Live Streaming Link

Honors Convocation will take place on Thursday, May 26, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. in the MCC Theatre. Below you will find the assembly instructions. If you have any questions, please contact Joy Braselton at 292-3397 or via email at jbraselton@monroecc.edu.

Time: All faculty and professional staff should gather by 2:30 p.m.

The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00 p.m.

Locations: 

  • Faculty & professional staff will gather in 5-100
  • Board of Trustees, President, Vice Presidents, & Deans will gather in 12-113
  • Student Honorees will gather in 12-111
  • Faculty Marshals will gather in 12-109

Attire: Academic Regalia

Reception: There will be a reception in the North Atrium immediately following the ceremony.
