Jasna Bogdanovska's Work Exhibited in Chicago


Jasna  Bogdanovska (VaPA) has been selected to be part of the juried multi-disciplinary festival “ Going Dutch” in Chicago, IL.  “Going Dutch” is a multi-disciplinary festival highlighting female voices in dance, media, theatre, and visual arts presented by Core Project. The third annual Going Dutch will be comprised of four days of performances and an ongoing gallery display.

Bogdanovska’s work will be exhibited at the Chicago Art and Design Center. The opening reception is on Wednesday, June 12 at 7pm.

In addition to the Chicago exhibition, Bogdanovska’s work was selected to be part of two independent traveling exhibitions in Elgin and St. Charles, IL. The opening receptions for these shows are on Friday, June 7 and Saturday, June 8.

Core Project is a dance-based interdisciplinary arts company pushing the boundaries of storytelling. They are committed to collaborative exploration of the human journey through movement, music, video and text in live performance. The Core Project’s mission is to empower communities through arts performance and education.
