Three Attend SUNY's Leadership Institute

Dean Medea Rambish, Associate Vice President Christine Casalinuovo-Adams, and Associate Vice President John Delate attended the week-long SUNY SAIL (Strategic Academic Innovative Leadership) Institute in Hamilton, NY last week. They joined 27 other SUNY administrators for a comprehensive leadership training.

The SAIL Institute is grounded on the concept that colleges and universities need leaders who are strategic and innovative as well as have a firm understanding of the special nature of the academic core of the institutions they serve. Through their programs, services, and analysis, the SAIL Institute seeks to advance understanding and development of the next generation of leaders in higher education.

Medea, Christine, and John look forward to utilizing the information and skills learned at the Institute to enhance their areas at MCC.
