Black Student Union at Damon City Campus Hosts Rock the Vote on Monday, November 7

Please join Black Student Union at Damon City Campus (BSU @ DCC) as we continue our semester-long focus on voting activism. On Monday, November 7 during College Hour (12 pm - 1 pm), we will host "Rock the Vote" which features local Black elected officials who will encourage the student body to vote. The event takes place in the 5th floor atrium.

Confirmed guests include RCSD Board of Education President Van White; candidate for Monroe County Court Judge, Melissa Barrett; and Monroe County Legislators LaShay Harris, James Sheppard (former RPD Chief), and Ernest Flagler-Mitchell, among others. Join us for a festive hour of music, conversation, and light snacks. We hope to encourage a significant turnout at the polls this election day.
