Jazz Ensemble via ZOOM this semester. 2 Virtual Concerts

We have a Jazz Ensemble at MCC! We will be playing some big band tunes as well as some small group tunes. See the attached ad, but specifically we're looking for 1 Baritone saxophonist, 1 alto and 1 tenor saxophonist and a few trumpets and trombonists. We will rehearse remotely via ZOOM MWF 12 noon-12:50. Students learn parts and then submit phone -video performances (recording their part while listening through headphones to a soundtrack I provide). Hi-tech & professional! I will assemble all the parts in a studio and the result will be 2 Virtual concerts on a Wednesday evening along with MCC choral groups in October and December.
