Did You Use Your MCC Password for Pool Testing?

Prior to last Thursday, the COVID pool testing instructions that have been given out to students and employees suggested using your MCC password to sign into the Quadrant system. However, your MCC password should NEVER be used for any non-MCC systems. This is a serious information security risk, and could lead to harm from unauthorized access.

If you did use your MCC password for the vaccination system (or any other non-MCC system), we ask that you please reset it immediately.  

To reset your password,  go to https://myaccount.monroecc.edu/sign-in and log in with your current MCC credentials and choose the “Change Password” option.

If you run into any difficulty, you can call Technology Support at 292-TECH (8324) M-F 8:45am-4:45pm.
