Help Keep Campus Population Density Low, Request Access to Enter Campus Buildings if Assigned to Work Remotely

Thanks to your heroic efforts, MCC's spring semester has started safely. Maintaining a low campus population density is key to our offering in-person courses and reducing the spread of COVID-19.

As has been our practice since October 2020, if you are not assigned to work on campus under your department's reopening plan, you must submit an MCC Employee Access to Campus Buildings Request form to receive permission to enter campus buildings. Upon submission, the form is automatically distributed to your supervisor and President’s Cabinet representative for approval. Outside of participating in COVID-19 pooled testing, do not come to campus unless you are approved to do so.

Remember:

  • If you aren’t feeling well, stay home. Do not come to campus.
  • If you test positive for COVID-19, please notify MCC Human Resources Director Kristin Lowe (klowe5@monroecc.edu).
  • If you receive permission to come to campus, remember to complete a COVID-19 self-assessment before you arrive.
  • Unauthorized guests are not allowed to enter campus buildings and must wait outside campus entrance points.
  • Look for updates on our MCC COVID-19 Updates & Resources web pages.

With your continued cooperation, MCC campuses and sites will remain accessible this spring. Thank you for keeping yourself, our students, and our colleagues healthy and safe.
