Dr. Jeffrey Bartkovich, VP, ETS, Peggy VanKirk, ETS Coordinator of Online Services and Marie Fetzner, Assistant to the VP, ETS/Banner Project Manager, recently presented three sessions at the Instructional Technology Council (ITC) conference in Savannah, Georgia.
The sessions included: “Cost and Revenue Analysis for on Online Program: One Model,” by Peggy VanKirk and Marie Fetzner; “Staff Awareness and Training to Secure and Protect Private Information,” by Dr. Jeff Bartkovich and Peggy VanKirk; and “Retention Research: Asking Students Why They Dropped Out,” by Dr. Jeff Bartkovich and Marie Fetzner.
