Kristin M. Lowe, Esq. Appointed Executive Director, Human Resources & Organizational Development

At the Board of Trustees Meeting on Monday, April 12, the appointment of Kristin Lowe was approved as the new Executive Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development.  Kristin joined the College in March 2016 as the Assistant to the President, Title IX and Inclusion.  In March of 2019, Kristin was appointed Director, Human Resources and has been serving dually as Interim Executive Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development since last summer.  

Prior to MCC, Kristin served as Director of Human Resources at Monroe #1 BOCES in Fairport, NY.  She brings valuable experience through MCC roles and her prior work as a labor and employment attorney at Harter Secrest & Emery LLP serving higher education institutions and public and private sector labor clients.  We are confident Kristin will continue to provide leadership and direction for the Human Resources Office while working collaboratively with senior administration to enhance the College’s values and mission.
