Donna Burke (Admissions), Bob Fathergill (ETS), and Marie Gibson (ETS), presented at the SUNGARD Higher Education (Banner) Northeast Users Conference in Lake George, NY on December 4 and 5, 2006. Bob Fathergill and Donna Burke presented, "WebFocus Transfer Credit Letters," and Marie Gibson and Donna Burke presented, "Developing Campus-Wide Training." The conference was attended by over 300 college representatives currently using SUNGARD's Banner student information system. MCC was certainly well represented.
