Michael Johnson, Counselor, DCC Student Services, and Associate Professor, has been elected to serve as Treasurer for the Association on Higher Education and Disability. AHEAD is the premiere professional association committed to full participation of persons with disabilities in postsecondary education (https://www.ahead.org).
Michael was initially appointed to the position two years ago due to a vacancy, and he effectively shepherded the fiscal resources of the organization during difficult economic times. Based on the election, he will continue to serve for a new term.
