Guided Pathways Resources

Equitable student outcomes are the goal of guided pathways, to achieve these outcomes equity must become the responsibility of everyone.  The article “Shared Equity Leadership: Making Equity Everyone’s Work” provides examples of shared equity leadership in practice and offers recommendations for individuals/college leaders who desire to become more equity-minded.   In September 2021, the Community College Resource Center (CCRC) released the report “How to Achieve More Equitable Community College Students Outcomes,” the report provides an overview of what CCRC has learned from guided pathways implementation in colleges across the country.
