SUNY is Surveying Students on Vaccinations

Students across all SUNY campuses—including MCC—are asked to participate in the Student COVID Vaccine Survey that SUNY System is administering to inform critical planning for summer and fall. The survey is designed to assess the COVID vaccination rates at all SUNY campuses.

The survey can be found at https://www.suny.edu/survey/take/covidvaccinesurvey. MCC students should have received the link via email last week. Employees should not take the survey. 

The survey is voluntary, but participation is encouraged and valued. All responses are anonymous. Students will be asked to take a couple of minutes to complete the survey by Wednesday, May 12.
