Please join me in congratulating Kimberley Willis, Associate Director of Registration and Records. Kimberley earned her Doctor of Management (DM) on December 30, 2012 from the University of Maryland University College. Kimberley’s Doctor of Management is in Community College Policy and Administration and her dissertation is titled “An Examination of Leadership Styles in Support of Improved Retention Rates for Community College Students.” Kimberley’s office, and indeed the whole MCC community, is proud of her accomplishment.
