Fall 2017 Room Scheduling

By now, two emails have been sent out to faculty notifying them of their room assignments for fall 2017. We are overwhelmingly pleased with the responses we have received so far and urge everyone to keep the emails coming! Please review your rooms carefully and contact us with any room changes and/or unassigned rooms. We are here to help!

Please submit your request for a class room change or assignment through the online request form. This link should be used by faculty, assigned to a course, who are looking for a permanent room change for the semester. It is important to note that we do not have an online request form available yet for one-time room requests (i.e., computer labs). For now, those should continue to be emailed to us.

The link is now available to all faculty through the Faculty tab on myMCC (under Faculty Tools). Please use this link for any classroom change at the Brighton or Downtown Campus. The requestor (faculty member) will receive an email once the room change has gone through supplying them with the new room assignment.

Students are anticipated to receive their schedules during the last week of August. Please look at your room assignments for fall. We want to cut down on the number of room changes that happen after students are notified of their schedules. We encourage all faculty to come on campus and look at their rooms to make sure each room will meet their needs for the semester. Changes often happen to the equipment and furniture in the rooms so it's always better to check your assigned rooms. Thank you and good luck with the start of the fall semester!
