TCC: An opportunity for faculty seeking college-wide mentors

 

 

If you are a 2nd through 5th year tenure track, or adjunct faculty member, the Faculty Mentoring Program is offering you chance to have a tenured faculty member be your mentor through the 2020-2021 school year.

 

Any mentors assigned will be from outside your department. Any communications between you and your mentor are confidential.

 

Please think about taking this opportunity to get a new perspective on: developing your teaching, manage departmental responsibilities beyond teaching, learn about the tenure and promotion process, continuing orienting to the MCC culture and making new connections within the school community.
