TCC: "Quarantine Cooking" - Images from Angela Douglas' International Cuisine class

Angela Douglas, from the Hospitality department, shared these scrumptious photos of her students' cooking. If they make your mouth water, be sure to keep your eye out for future International Cuisine receptions where students cook and serve delicious dishes like these.
In my International Cuisine class (usually a hands-on cooking class) we have a "Quarantine Cooking" discussion board (named by one of my creative students!) where the students post pictures of the food they are cooking at home with descriptions of the food. They are encouraged to try the recipes from the course and make creative pantry substitutions as necessary. It's keeping the students engaged in cooking and sharing the excitement of their creations.
