NEW BRIGHTON ADVISEMENT CENTER/FINANCIAL AID LAB

Today the Advisement Center is transitioning to a shared space with financial aid and will become the Advisement Center/Financial Aid Lab. An accordion wall will divide this space and each office will manage one side of the room.

The new Brighton advisement center hours for fall 2018 (September 17 - December 21) will be

MONDAYS 10:00AM - 2:00PM and 4:00PM - 6:00PM (evening hours begin Oct.1)

TUESDAYS 11:00AM - 4:30PM

WEDNESDAYS 9:00AM - 4:30PM

THURSDAYS 9:00AM - 3:00PM

FRIDAYS 10:00AM - 2:00PM

The financial aid lab will be utilized during normal business hours (8:45am - 4:45pm) to assist students with filing FAFSA and TAP applications, completion of required dynamic forms, assistance with obtaining and scanning of student/parent tax transcripts, completion of loan requirements and scholarship applications, and financial literacy. We will continue to offer specific dates and times for Financial Aid workshops and students can register at www.monroecc.edu/depts/financial-aid/workshop.htm

We are excited about this collaborative effort and encourage you to continue referring students to us for advisement, transfer, and financial aid services.
