Meditation Practice Begins Today


Join us for an opportunity to practice meditation and mindfulness this semester on Fridays, 12:00- 12:50 p.m. and 1:00-1:50 p.m. in Gleason Hall (Building 9 Room 152). Basic meditation instruction will be given with the opportunity to sit and practice in a quiet and welcoming environment. No experience necessary -- stay for as long as you wish.  Free to students, faculty and staff.
