Please join us on Wednesday, February 8, in Bldg. 5, Room 300 at 6:00 p.m. for the latest offering in the Political Film Series, a screening & discussion of Dr. Strangelove or: How I Stopped Worrying and Learned to Love the Bomb.
Stanley Kubrick's epic work stars the incomparable Peter Sellers in this ultimate satire of the nuclear age. A regular on many critics' "best ever" lists, this is arguably the best black-comedy ever made about a subject of the utmost seriousness.
Professor Lou Andolino, Associate Professor of History & Political Science, will introduce the film and lead a discussion of issues related to nuclear weapons, both then & now, following the movie.
For more information, contact the series director, Kevin Eirich, at 292-3302 or "mailto:keirich@monroecc.edu".
We hope to see you on Wednesday, February 8, at 6:00 p.m. in Bldg. 5, Room 300!
