The MCC Writing Center is pleased to offer a $150 cash prize to the winner of the Alan B. Shaw Memorial Essay Award. The essay topic is “My Best Friend” and all currently enrolled MCC students are eligible. The deadline is Friday, April 10, 2015, and students may submit their essays to the Writing Center (11-208).
