navigation and added features such as:
-Drop-down menus/boxes
-Search feature
-New help information
-Program Development Protocol
-Link for SUNY Gen Ed Guidelines on proposal forms
-Posted for Faculty Review posting dates
-Clarified tracking and approval processes
