According to the American Heart Association you can create a healthy heart with these snacks:

Low-Fat Frozen Yogurt
Rice Cakes
Banana
Papaya
Turkey and lettuce sandwich
Carrots
Celery
Grapes
Strawberries
Apples and Oranges
