Reflections Restaurant, the student run restaurant on the 1st floor of the R. Thomas Flynn Campus Center, Brighton campus, will have its last all-you-can eat buffet today, Thursday, May 1st. for only $9.95. The buffet will be open from 11:30am – 1:15pm for your dine-in or take-out pleasure. Take-out customers will be given one large, one small, and one soup take-out container.
Today’s BBQ theme will include: Corn Chowder, deviled Eggs, Red Hots (w/side of meat sauce), Vegan Black Bean Burgers, Pulled Pork, Italian sausage, Fried Chicken, Baked Beans, Mac & Cheese, Collard Greens, Salt Potatoes, Green Beans, Wedge Salad, Pasta Salad, Fruit Salad, Mac Salad, Coleslaw, Strawberry Shortcake, Sweet Potato Pie, and Bread Pudding. *
Our buffets are very popular, so we suggest that if you want to sit-down in the restaurant, you make reservations by calling Ext. FOOD (3663) and choosing option #1 .
For your information, our last day of operation for the semester will be Thursday, May 8th. We will have our regular menu plus specials all next week. Thank you for your support of Reflections Restaurant and the Hospitality Management students.
