MCC Foundation Event to Honor Richard Ryther, Support the Student Leaders Association Endowed Scholarships Fund

Save the date for lunch:  Friday, August 16, 12:30 p.m. at Eagle Vale Country Club.

The Monroe Community College Foundation is pleased to announce that Dick Ryther will be honored during a special luncheon and golf event as part of Alumni Week and Homecoming.

Dick’s reputation for advising and mentoring college students preceded him when he was hired at MCC in 1995 as the Campus Center Director and Executive Director of the MCC Association. His passion for counseling and advising student leaders and supporting them with scholarships continues to this day as Interim Vice President, Student Services.

How can you participate in the celebration?

Attend the luncheon as our guest and make an honorary gift!  Thanks to the generosity of our luncheon sponsor, Pivcon, Inc., owned by MCC alumnus Brett Thompson ’91, Dick’s friends, family and colleagues are invited to the luncheon as guests of the MCC Foundation.  The MCC Foundation invites you to make an honorary gift to recognize Dick’s extraordinary career.  Dick will be informed of all gifts made in his honor and each gift will be directed to the Student Leaders Association Endowed Scholarships fund.

Attend lunch and golf!  The Foundation will host a scramble golf outing at Eagle Vale Country Club with a 2:15 p.m. shotgun start.  Cost for the golf event is $75.
