Honors Student Scholar Recognized at Beacon Conference

Ashley Wright, an MCC Honors student, was named winner in the Psychology category at the Beacon Conference Friday June 2, 2017 for her paper "Beauty by Design: The Socioeconomic Implications of Facial Features in America." The Beacon Conference, an event exclusively for scholars at community colleges, awarded Ms. Wright a financial prize at its 25th annual conference. Professor Scott Rudd, English/Philosophy is Ms. Wright's faculty mentor for the project.
