Have a Baby or Young Child in Your Life? 292-BABY Can Help!

Hello and welcome to the fall semester.  I hope all is going well. You are probably reading this if you have a small child in your life and so I’d like to introduce you (or reintroduce you) to a support network administered by MCC.  It’s called “292-BABY” and it has three parts:

·         292-BABY is a phone number (292-2229) that you can call from 7:00 am to midnight seven days a week and talk FREE to a Registered Nurse about any non-emergency issue with your child. Don’t hesitate to call. Our nurses LOVE talking about babies!!

·         292-BABY is a television show that airs each weekday night from 8:00 -10:00 pm on Cable Channel 4. Go to <"
https://www.292baby.org"> to see what’s scheduled.

·         Lastly, 292-BABY is a website – <"
https://www.292baby.org"> – where you can find over 120 educational videos on early childhood with a wide range of topics ranging from breast feeding to sibling rivalry to immunizations and much, much more.

MCC recognizes the daily stress that parents of infants face. For students, this stress can be multiplied with schoolwork. This support network represents MCC reaching out to you to help with your baby as you move forward in your life. All services are free.

Please contact me if you have any questions or would like to know more about how this network can help support you.
