The East Avenue Grocery Run is about fitness, family fun, and feeding the hungry. Please join the MCC Wellness Council in this fun event – 100% of the proceeds go to help feed Rochester area families in need.
Registration opens at 7:15 am. The schedule includes a 5K Run/Walk at 8:15, a one-mile Run/Walk at 9:15, and Children’s 100-yard Fun Run at 9:30.
The registration fee is $25 if you sign up by November 4 and $30 if you register on race day. The SMP Boogie for Broccoli Children's Fun Run is FREE and does not require advance registration.
The course begins and finishes on beautiful East Avenue and the post-race feast features specialties from generous local sponsors including Juan and Maria's Empanadas, Java's and Balsam Bagels.
Bring non-perishable food items for the MVP Food Drive in memory of Foodlink founder Tom Ferraro and get raffle tickets for fabulous prizes. Raise $25 in pledges to fight hunger and receive a free custom reusable grocery bag.
