Henry (Pete) French, professor emeritus, anthropology/history/political science/sociology, will be Bob Smith's guest on WXXI-AM's 1370 Connection, Thursday, Feb. 23, 1 p.m. and 10 p.m., French will be discussing the purchase of the shipping management in six U.S. eastern coast major ports by a company in the United Arab Emirates.
