Meditation 101


Did your New Year’s resolutions include trying to add more peace and calm to your life?

Have you always wanted to try meditation and never had “time” or knew where to start?

Have you tried to meditate but felt overwhelmed and discouraged?

Have you been practicing meditation and would like to support others?

If you answered “Yes” to any of these questions or just want to see what meditation is all about, come join us for a Meditation 101 session Wednesday, February 11th at noon in Building 9 Room 152. No special equipment is needed … you already have everything you will need: your breath, your mind and the intention to try something new!  We will be supporting each other in a warm and encouraging environment.

We also have an on-going meditation practice opportunity every Wednesday at noon in Building 9- 152. Feel free to stop by and check it out!
