When you receive a broadcast e-mail, do you wonder why you are getting it that way as opposed to in the MCC Daily Tribune?
When we implemented the Daily Tribune three years ago, we knew we couldn't completely eliminate broadcast e-mails. The guideline is simple: an announcement must be time sensitive and unanticipated to warrant a broadcast e-mail.
Everything else goes is the Trib!
