The 2011 Wage and Tax Statements (Form W-2) were mailed on Friday, January 27, 2012. The forms are also available in Banner Self-Service Employee section. The Self-Service forms may also be used for submission to the Internal Revenue Service.
Attached is a breakdown of the calculation of your taxable wages.
