This lecture features the American Museum of Natural History’s Curator-in-Charge Dr. Mark Norell, Fossil Reptiles, Amphibians, and Birds Division of Paleontology. The presentation will include a discussion of the efficacy of using the fossil record to reconstruct phylogenetic relationships and how missing fossil evidence can influence our understanding of evolution.
