Guest Presentation: Pneumococcal vaccine and future vaccine development against Streptococcus pneumoniae

Current MCC students and employees are invited to attend a presentation on "Pneumococcal vaccine for infants and adults and future vaccine development against Streptococcus pneumoniae" presented by Dr. Ravinder Kaur, next Monday, November 18.

Background: Dr. Ravinder Kaur is a level 2 research scientist at the Research Institute of Rochester General Hospital, as well as, an adjunct professor of biochemistry at Rochester Institute of Technology. Her research focuses on pathogenesis and immunology involving the bacterial pathogens Streptococcus pneumoniae and Haemophilus influenzae.

Date: Monday, November 18, 2019 at 12:00 noon in Building 8, Room 200

This event is only open to current MCC students and current MCC employees.
