Innovation of the Year Award Winners by the League for Innovation in the Community College:
Innovation is alive and well in the community college! Fifty outstanding community college innovations -- ranging from college transition advisors based at high schools and a usage inventory for energy conservation to a fabricated aircraft fuel system simulator and a sustainable urban farm program for students and the community -- have been recognized with the League's Innovation of the Year award. These innovations represent capstone achievements and the continuing renewal of the spirit of innovation and experimentation upon which the League was founded.
