WROC Highlights Recent Engineering Science Graduate Henry Tenecela

On June 4, WROC reporter Josh Navarro highlighted recent MCC graduate Henry Tenecela and his metaproject designed to help people in Ecuador travel more safely during the COVID-19 pandemic. The segment, MCC Graduate creates COVID-19 Tracker in Chimborazo, Ecuador, aired multiple times throughout WROC's morning news program.

Henry earned an associate degree in engineering science in May and plans to study civil engineering at Cornell University this fall. Learn more about Henry's story and those of other members of the MCC Class of 2020 online.

Our thanks to Henry for being an enthusiastic ambassador for MCC and to Engineering Science and Physics faculty members Bert Gamory and John Wadach for inspiring Henry to achieve academically and to use his knowledge and skills to help people stay safe during the pandemic.
