Michael McDonough, dean, Liberal Arts, has also been elected to a two-year term as a Councilor to the Council on Undergraduate Research. This national organization based in Washington, D.C. promotes high quality undergraduate student-faculty collaborative research and scholarship. He will serve as a CUR Councilor until August 2011.
