Assistant Director, Employee Engagement and Organizational Development

Please join me in welcoming Denise Morley as the new Assistant Director of Employee Engagement and Organizational Development. Denise joins Monroe Community College with more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, both in a public sector and private sector setting. Denise's experience in Human Resources has taught her the importance of employee engagement and employee development in creating a positive working environment.

In her new role, Denise will be working to create programs that will assist the College in meeting the goals set forth in Direction Four of the College's Strategic Plan. More specifically, the primary function of Denise's role at the College will be to work toward meeting Goal 3 of Direction 4: "Further our commitment to talent and knowledge management practices, includ[ing] ... retaining, developing, recognizing, and empowering a diverse workforce at all levels."

Denise is excited for this new challenge and looks forward to partnering with faculty and staff to positively impact the organizational culture at MCC.
