The 2006 -2007 academic year promises to be a busy and, hopefully, productive one for the Faculty Senate. The Senate Executive Committee has addressed a number of issues over the summer and during the first days of the fall semester. An informational update on these and additional anticipated issues of concern are addressed in the link below. As the collective voice of the faculty to the College administration, the effectiveness of the Senate is dependent upon a membership that remains informed and actively participates in those areas of mutual concern to both the faculty and administration. The Faculty Senate will hold its first meeting on Thursday, September 21 at 3:30 p.m. in the Empire Room of the Warshof Conference Center on the Brighton Campus. Members of the College community are welcomed and encouraged to attend!
