Acting Vice President for Student Services

After a successful internal search, Dr. Kimberly McKinsey-Mabry has been named Acting Vice President for Student Services.

Dr. McKinsey-Mabry will begin in her new position on Monday, July 20th and comes to the role of Acting Vice President of Student Services with experience in the classroom and as an academic administrator. Throughout her experience, Dr. McKinsey-Mabry has demonstrated broad understanding of enrollment management and student support/co-curricular services, and has a proven track record of working with faculty to improve student outcomes.

Dr. McKinsey-Mabry was hired as Assistant to the Provost and Vice President, Academic Services at MCC in 2011 and served as Dean of MCC's School of Business and Community Engagement since 2013. Before MCC, Dr. McKinsey-Mabry served as an Assistant Director (Admissions Counselor) of Undergraduate Admissions, as well as an instructor in the Discovery and Pathways First-Year Enrichment program at Rochester Institute of Technology. A proud MCC alumna, Dr. McKinsey-Mabry holds a bachelor's degree in Community and Human Service Management from Empire State College, a master's degree in Business Administration from the Metropolitan College of New York, and an EdD in Executive Leadership from St. John Fisher College.
