Building on the success of the MCC Go Purple to #ShineTheLight on Domestic Violence event, Kristin Lowe and Melissa Fingar will be holding a College Hour Roundtable on Title IX and the College’s compliance obligations under this law. Please join us for a brief presentation on Title IX, a review of some scenarios that led to the development of regulations related to sexual violence and sexual assault, and a question and answer on Title IX issues. Please see the attached document for a brief introduction to Title IX and an understanding of what we hope to accomplish during this hour.
