TCC Conversation on May 6: Academic Honesty and Remote Evaluation

How do we best evaluate our students in a remote setting? As we near the end of the semester, we have to make pedagogical decisions about the best way to assess course learning outcomes to adapt to the remote format. This may include final projects, written assignments, and tests. Academic integrity in the remote environment is always a topic of conversation. Will students be tempted to cheat on exams or assignments? What's the best way to fairly assess our students in a remote or online setting?

Our panel will explore best practices for remote proctoring, including Zoom and Blackboard, and how to evaluate student learning in an accessible way.
