A Global Perspective​ on Undergraduate Research

MCC COIL will be hosting two professors from Durban, South Africa with extensive backgrounds in undergraduate and graduate research on Monday and Tuesday, March 19th and 20th. Dr. Anisa Vahed is a Senior Lecturer in the Dental Technology Program at Durban University of Technology and has developed and teaches courses in undergraduate research. Dr. Fatima Suleman is an Associate Professor in the Discipline of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of KwaZulu-Natal and coordinates an online Master's program with extensive coursework in graduate research. They will share their work in implementing research methodology and teaching strategies into existing courses/programs. Discussion and collaboration of ideas will follow.

Monday March 19th in the Forum (3-130) from 12 to 1.
