Open Enrollment Ends November 20th - One More Week Remaining!

The deadline for Open Enrollment is Friday, November 20th. If you have not reviewed the materials on the MCC/Lawley Benefits Information Hub, you are encouraged to do so as soon as possible. The attached Open Enrollment FAQ will provide how to access the information hub and this year's open enrollment process. The open enrollment process is different this year. The College has partnered with EFP to provide one-on-one counseling of benefits and obtain benefit elections and changes in a paperless fashion for all benefit enrollments. By partnering EFP, this creates one source of employee benefit elections for the College and its benefit vendors.

Of note, there are new voluntary benefits for 2021 through Unum available only during Open Enrollment:

  • Short-Term Disability - intended to replace a portion of your income for up to 6 months when disabled
  • Accident Protection - assists you and your family to cover extra expenses associated with an on or off the job accidental minor or major injury
  • Supplemental Whole Life - coverage for yourself, spouse and children that builds cash value
