Walk The Loop For Stress Relief!


As Mental Health Awareness Month winds down, the counselors wanted to offer one final activity to help students and faculty and staff with stress relief.  We will be walking the loop today from noon to 1:00 pm.  If you would like to join us, please meet in the Counseling, International and Veteran services office at noon.  We will leave from there to walk the loop around campus.  Walking is an excellent stress reliever and a great way to get outside and get some exercise.  Hope to see you there!
